As a growing company, we strive to meet all your jewellery needs, but we can't always hold all stock on hand. Some items may need to be pre-ordered and will arrive to us within 2 weeks. This is noted in the product descriptions.

RETURNS:
If you are not 100% happy with your jewellery, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a store credit or exchange. Please email us at hello@lucidandluna.co.nz and we will guide you through the process.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Return/exchange broken or defective item(s):
You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken or defective item(s) and describe the issue(s) with your item. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packaged appropriately before sending out. We reserve the right to deny your damage claim if, upon return assessment, the jewellery proves to have been tampered with.
You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you.
Once your package has arrived back to us, please allow a few days for us to process your request.
Note:
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Lucid + Luna gift cards are non-refundable.
HYGIENE POLICY
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the safety and wellbeing of all customers. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing, and we’re always happy to answer any questions before you order.

We stand by the quality of every piece.
All jewellery is backed by our 12-month quality guarantee, covering manufacturing faults.
If something isn’t right, we’ll repair, replace, or find the best solution for you.
Because jewellery is worn daily, this does not cover:

fading or tarnishing over time

accidental damage or misuse
Some materials, including gold-plated pieces, may naturally wear over time depending on use and care.

Stone & Material Variations
Our pieces may feature natural or lab-created stones.
Subtle variations in colour, tone, and pattern are part of their character and make each piece unique.
Some stones, like moonstone, may show natural internal lines or fractures. These are a normal characteristic of the stone and not considered faults.
These variations are not considered faults and are not covered under our guarantee.
