How much is shipping and how fast will it arrive?
We ship via overnight courier within New Zealand through NZ Post. Shipping is free for orders over $199 NZD. For orders under that, delivery is $4.99 (non-signature) or $6.99 (signature required).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $299 NZD, and free express over $499 NZD.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and unworn. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
My item is faulty or incorrect — what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@lucidandluna.co.nz with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund ASAP.
Is there a warranty?

We stand by the quality of every piece.
All jewellery is backed by our 12-month quality guarantee, covering manufacturing faults.
If something isn’t right, we’ll repair, replace, or find the best solution for you.
This does not cover:
• general wear and tear
• fading or tarnishing over time
• accidental damage or misuse
Some materials, including gold-plated pieces, may naturally wear over time depending on use and care.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please email us at hello@lucidandluna.co.nz as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — all orders are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If it’s going directly to someone special, leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card.
I’m after a piece from a brand you stock, but I can’t find it on your website — can you get it in?
Absolutely! We don’t always have every piece from brands like Stolen Girlfriends Club listed online — but if there’s something you’re after, just reach out. We’re more than happy to try source it for you.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited edition and may not return — others we restock regularly. If something you love is sold out, feel free to message us or sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
How should I care for my jewellery?
We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will keep your pieces looking their best.
