If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults.

If your piece has a fault, we’ll repair, replace, or find the best solution for you.

What’s not covered

Because jewellery is worn daily, this guarantee does not cover:

• general wear and tear
• fading or tarnishing over time
• accidental damage or misuse

Some materials, including gold-plated pieces, may naturally wear over time depending on use and care.
